Hi, I’m Lisa.  I have worked as a Volunteer for Hampshire SENDIASS since 2022, and became a permanent Support Worker in February 2023.

• My background is Human Resources, working across many different areas including business partnering, graduate recruitment and skills development.  After taking a career break in 2020 I decided to re-focus my energies on my family and a change in career direction.

​

• I have 2 young children, both with special educational needs, and one of whom I have been through the EHCP process with.  This has led me into the world of SEND and am keen to continue my learning in this area, and use my experience to advise, guide and support others in similar situations.

​

• In my spare time I like to swim, spend time with family and friends, and also volunteer as a Beaver Leader for our local Beaver Section which keeps me very busy!
