Jo Kelley

Hi, I’m Jo. I am one of the support workers with the Hampshire & Isle of Wight SENDIASS team and also spend time on the helpline advising families in the Richmond and Kingston boroughs too.

My previous careers have involved working with children with a range of special educational needs and disabilities especially in the field of neurodiversity. I enjoy supporting parents and carers to navigate the challenges and find the solutions that work, whilst keeping the child/ young person at the heart of things. I value how important it is for children to receive the right support for their own individual needs and how good communication and positive relationships between those supporting them can help to achieve the best outcomes.

In my free time I love camping, trying new crafts, cooking and time with my children.
